Annual Report

Howdy from Aggieland!

Looking back on the past year at St. Mary’s, we are thankful for God’s grace, for the students He sends our way, and for you, who make this mission possible.

At the heart of our ministry is a simple but powerful goal: to form apostles for the Church and the world. We want each student who walks through our doors to encounter Christ, grow as His disciple and be ready to serve the Church and world with courage and love. That mission is alive here at Texas A&M and Blinn.

Your generosity plays a vital role in this work. Because of your support, students are receiving the sacraments, joining small groups, participating in retreats, and growing in prayer, leadership, and evangelization. Many of them are taking what they’ve received and bringing it to others—through mission trips, campus outreach, and service in parishes and dioceses after graduation.

One of the great joys of this past year has been witnessing students encounter the love of God and respond with zeal. During Lent, we encouraged our students to take a step back from their normal ministries, inviting them to enter into deeper prayer together through a weekly talk series, “Jesus is Lord” with Adoration and small group discussions. God is generous, as we reached over 1000 student participants in FOCUS Bible studies this year and this summer we welcomed our largest summer OCIA class of 60 students. Whether discerning vocations, leading their peers, or sharing their faith in bold and quiet ways, students are being formed to go out—not just into the workforce, but into the world as witnesses of Christ. With your support, we are building something lasting: disciples who will carry the Gospel into their families, communities, and professions for years to come.

As we prepare for a new academic year, I am filled with hope. Your prayers and support continue to equip our students to be a light on campus and far beyond it. We are also excited to welcome an additional priest to St. Mary’s, Fr. Fernando Ricaud. Make sure to say “Howdy” and introduce yourself when you see him!

Thank you for your faithfulness to St. Mary’s. You are a vital part of this mission, and I am grateful for your partnership in forming the Church of tomorrow.

God Bless & Gig’em!
