Class of 2018
Josh Wales is a sophomore Industrial Distribution major from Dallas,
TX. He is the second of seven children, and carries on the family
tradition of attending Texas A&M University, following in the
footsteps of both his parents and older sister.
Josh aspires to be a strategic consultant and entrepreneur after
graduating in 2018. On campus, Josh is involved with the Professional
Association for Industrial Distribution (PAID), which seeks to connect
students to the industry and best prepare them for their professional
careers. Besides being an Aggie Catholic Ambassador, Josh is involved
off campus with the Catholic Student Association, serving as the
Financial Chair. He helps occasionally with service projects,
retreats, and camps through various organizations, including Conquest,
St Mary's Connect and Aggie Awakening.
Josh also works at Zales, The Diamond Store, in addition to school.
Josh enjoys a wide variety of extracurriculars. Sports reign supreme,
with football, soccer, basketball and volleyball topping his list.
Having been to 11 countries, Josh is also a travel enthusiast and
loves experiencing everything the world has to offer. Piano, cooking,
reading, hunting and being outdoors, and spending time with friends
and family all play important roles in his life as well.
Grateful for what St Mary's has become and looking forward to what it
will be, Josh is eager to serve as an Aggie Catholic Ambassador for
the 2015-16 school year.
